12 April 1676. The difference between Rich: Pullin vs. Hen: Owen and Thos: Moore is referred to a jury of the neighbourhood and two surveighors the Thursday in Easter weake or the next faire day. Mr. Pullin appoints Mr. Ja: Gaylard his surveighor.
Mr. Ja: Gaylard appoints Bryan Hogedon his attorney.
